If you experience any issue with either a structural or manufacturing fault outside of normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace your items free of charge.
All Old Boot Sofas and Occasional Chairs are covered by our 15 year Guarantee.
All Old Boot Footstools are covered by our 10 year Guarantee.
Unless otherwise stated, all other products we directly produce (like scatter cushions and arm covers) are covered by a 1 year guarantee.
Only brand-new items are covered by our guarantees. Outlet and clearance items are NOT covered by a guarantee unless otherwise stated at the time of order.
