I'm the Urbanite. A touch of art deco chunkiness and clean, modernist lines make me a 1930s style Rustic Leather Extra Large Sofa with a fresh, modern feel. I have rugged, chunky, square arms, two extra-deep leather twin seamed seat cushions, and a pair of luxurious, full-width twin seamed back cushions overhanging my arms. Not bad for a distressed leather sofa, eh? My seams are actually twin stitched all the way around, I have a solid hardwood frame, a proper, sprung seat and chunky, square, hand-polished hardwood feet at all my corners. (You can take my arms and feet off if it's a bit of a squeeze to get me through your doorway.) My seat cushions have foam cores to keep me neat without you having to plump me up too often, but they also have duck feather top pads to make me super-comfy to sit on and give me just that hint of being an old family friend. Old Boot will make me for you in their incredible, thick and waxy Rustic Leathers or their beautifully soft and distressed Vintage Leathers.
Delivery
Once your order is placed…
• You will automatically receive confirmation of your order by email.
• We will call you within 2 working days to confirm your order requirements.
• Your order will now be made. Once completed we will contact you and arrange a delivery date (please allow a further 10/14 days for delivery to the Scotland and Cornwall).
• On the delivery day we will call you one hour before arriving.
• Your furniture will be placed in the room of your choice, we will unpack the item/s and any arms or legs will be fitted where required, and then take away the packaging.
• Finally, please check your furniture and sign the delivery note.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE within mainland UK with only a few exceptions. Delivery to areas with the PH, PA, IV, KW and AB postcodes, will be subject to a delivery surcharge of £85.00.
If you require delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free of charge to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. The goods are the responsibility of the customer from that point and all goods received at the nominated port must be inspected and signed for at that point by the customer or their representative prior to shipping.

Returns
Making a big purchase online can be a little worrying, especially when you have not had the chance to try it out. At Old Boot we have a simple way of dealing with things and we want your shopping experience to be as relaxed as possible. Therefore we have a simple, relaxed and safe way of handing any items you wish to return.
Return on day of delivery
On the day of delivery, if for any reason you are not 100% happy as soon as you see it, just return it, it’s as simple as that*. No problem and no risk for you. We will refund you in full within 7-14 working days.
Return within 28 Days
If you wish to return your Old Boot for any reason and you let us know by email within 28 days of delivery, we will come and collect completely free of charge and refund your order in full within 7-14 working days*. All we asked is that the Old Boot coming back to us is in the same condition as it was when we delivered it to you. Our Old Boots are very dear to us, so please, keep them safe. Don’t worry about the odd little mark we can polish that out.
*Please note that bespoke or custom-built goods (for example pieces with specifically requested changes in size and non-standard leathers or fabrics) are not eligible for cancellation after the initial deposit payment is made and cannot be returned after delivery.
Other Returns
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland, European and International deliveries can only be collected from the UK mainland postcode we originally delivered to.
