STAINGARD PROTECTION PLAN

Protection From Everyday Life

Having invested in your new furniture it is only natural that you want to keep it looking new for as long as possible. That's why we partnered with Staingard to be able to offer our customers the Premium 5 Year Staingard Care Plan.

Whether you choose any of our characterful leathers or our sumptuous vintage velvets you can rest assured that by adding Product Care to your order, you will be covered when an accident does spoil the appearance of your furniture. Stain removal and repairs will be taken care of you at NO EXTRA COST TO YOU. Prices are based on £35 per seat area and will be calculated automatically depending on the items in your basket.

How does the Care Plan Work?

This service enables our customers’ families and friends to make full use of their furniture without concerns over costly cleaning and repairs in the event of accidental damage. Simply follow the care instructions provided at the time you purchased your furniture. If an accident threatens to spoil the appearance of your furniture all you have to do is call Staingard's dedicated claims and advice line and they will ensure the problem is taken care of.

Can I still sign up after I’ve placed my order?

Yes, you can still sign up for the Staingard Protection Plan with us anytime before your order is delivered. We don’t activate your protection plan with Staingard until your order has been delivered in full and we’ve checked that you are happy.

Staingard Product Care Plan can be added to your Basket now when you checkout online. Alternatively, you can always call or email us to have Staingard added to your order. Call our Sales Team on 020 3926 5500 or email help@oldbootsofas.com.

How Do I make a Claim?

If an accident threatens to spoil the appearance of your furniture all you have to do is call Staingard’s dedicated claims and advice line (01384 473 017 (Option 1)) or make a claim online within 7 days of the incident occurring.

What happens next?

A technician will be sent to your home at a mutually convenient time and will take care of the problem. If they’re unable to effect a satisfactory repair or stain removal they will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

What Am I Covered For?

Below you will see a list of the things you are covered for, and what you are not covered for. Essentially this Care Plan provides cover for a comprehensive range of household accidents that result in damage or staining to your furniture. Following the delivery of your furniture, you will receive a document detailing this and also how to make a claim. It is important to recognise that you are not covered for a lack of care of your furniture or abuse, and multiple stains and damages sustained over an extended period of time are similarly not covered.

BENEFITS OF THE PRODUCT PLAN

  • 5 years of peace of mind
  • Original value replacements
  • A national network of professional technicians
  • No excess charges
  • One call for advice and service

To make a claim simply call Staingard directly on 01384 473 017 (option 1)
