Following government guidelines, from Tuesday 30 November a face covering must be worn in-store unless you are exempt.
This is to help prevent the spread of the new COVID-19 Omicron variant in the UK.
If you’ve forgotten your mask please speak to one of our sales team who will be able to help.
Customer and staff safety
We have several hygiene measures in place at our showroom. These include:
Using sanitiser spray after each customer visit and increased cleaning of well-used areas.
Customers will find hand-sanitisers near the main entrance and in other areas within the showroom.
Our sales team will wear a face covering while at work; unless they have a medical exemption.
Colleagues not wearing face coverings due to medical reasons will be wearing a badge to help our customers feel reassured.
All our sales teams are also vaccinated and perform lateral flow testing regularly.
Other ways to shop with us
Video and phone appointments are still available if you prefer.
You’ll be given a dedicated time slot with one of our sales team to discuss any questions you may have.
In the case of a video appointment, our sales team will be able to take you on a guided tour of our Fulham showroom showing you all sofas we have on display.
