It has a subtle horizontal effect and distinctive lustre giving a unique matt sheen that produces incredible depth of colour and variety of shades. The yarn is spun to create a subtle irregular slub, which is so fine it does not open the pile surface giving a dense and even texture that is soft and luxurious to the touch. Made from 100% cotton and woven in England, this sophisticated velvet is 40,000 rub tested and is recommended for domestic as well as commercial use.
